The packs of cheese range roughly from 140g to 220g
The price stated is the price for a 220g packet, but we will amend the charge depending on the pack of cheese we select for you.

Is the cheese made with your milk?
Yes! The cheese is made with 100% our milk.
Is it raw?
No, our cheese is currently made from our own milk, but the milk is pasteurised during the cheese making process. The reason for pasteurising is because it is not made on our farm.
Will we be selling raw cheese in the future?
Ultimately, that is our aim, but realistically this will be a few years away yet.
We see this pasteurised cheese as a stepping stone towards making a raw cheese in-house one day. We can only do this if we get the support from our customers by buying our currently available cheese.
Who has made the cheese?
A local cheesemaker, Greenfields dairy products Ltd., only 2 miles away and is currently making the cheese for us.
The reason for this is because we don’t currently have the facilities, staff and experience to make it ourselves yet.
