Packaging

A great amount of research and testing has been done, ensuring that the packaging is efficient at keeping your order cold but can also be recycled.

Your order is dispatched in an insulated box to keep your order cold for 48 hours (in case of a delay).  We find it important to use as much eco-friendly packaging as possible. 

Our boxes are insulated with 3 layers of cardboard. The filler we use is made from corn starch and the ice is just frozen water.  The corn starch can be composted. 

The content of the ice-packs / bottles can be poured down the sink. The cardboard can go into paper recycling. If you received your order in a bubble bag, this is recyclable / oxo-biodegradable.
