Delivery charges
Delivery is included in the milk boxes.
Any other items not purchased with a milk box will be subject to a delivery charge which will be calculated at the checkout.
We have 7 delivery charge bands depending on quantity. The more you order the lower the delivery charge:
Band 1 - £18.00
Band 2 - £15.00
Band 3 - £12.00
Band 4 - £9.00
Band 5 - £6.00
Band 6 - £3.40
Band 7 - Free Delivery
We reserve the right to charge you for an order that the courier company attempted to deliver, but failed due to circumstances only in your control.
Orders of 50 bottles of milk or more
Orders of 50 bottles of raw milk or more are subject to availability so please contact us on 01995 640564 if you like to order a larger quantity. We can then let you know the dispatch date.
Payment terms
Payments received by midday on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day with delivery taking place the following day before 4pm
Payments received after midday are treated as received the following day.
Payments received after midday on Thursday up to midday on Monday, will be dispatched on Monday. The expected delivery day will be Tuesday:

Delays
We pack enough ice to last 48 hours, so should your order get delayed for any reason, it should still be sufficiently cold upon delivery.
What happens next
You will receive a confirmation from APC (courier) once your parcel has been been dispatched.
You can track your order online and you will also receive a 2 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.
You will receive a confirmation once parcel has been delivered.
Payment options:
1) Payment via bank transfer
2) Over the phone via debit card
If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to deliver your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

If you like delivery to the Isle of Wight, please contact us for a quote.
We will deliver the goods via courier to the address you specify for delivery of your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Note:
We also deliver our produce with our own van locally in Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Nelson, Bolton, Manchester and Bradford.
