Acknowledgement of your order
To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address, delivery address, contact telephone number and any important delivery instructions.
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by T. Parkinson. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been described accurately. We reserve the right to make amendments.
Damage to your computer
We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. You will have the option either to amend or to cancel your order.
Amending your order
You are able to amend your order up to the ordering deadline, which is 12 noon the day before delivery. You can do this by emailing rawmilk@outlook.com or phoning 01995 640 564.
Price
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
Payment terms
Payments received by midday on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day with delivery taking place the following day before 4pm.*
* With an exception of the following postcodes, who have a 2 day service. These can only be dispatched on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Delivery to any postcodes with a 2 day service will be dispatched at your own risk and will be disposed of if not delivered within 48 hours. This is non refundable.
Payments received after midday are treated as received the following day.
Payments received after midday on Thursday up to midday on Monday, will be dispatched on Monday. The expected delivery day will be Tuesday:

Please note that over Christmas, New Year and bank holidays there might be changes to the delivery dates. Please contact us direct to find out more.
Delays
We pack enough ice to last 48 hours, so should your order get delayed for any reason, it should still be sufficiently cold upon delivery.
What happens next
You will receive a confirmation from APC (courier) once your parcel has been been dispatched.
You can track your order online and you will also receive a 2 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.
You will receive a confirmation once parcel has been delivered.
Payment options:
1) Payment via bank transfer
2) Over the phone via debit card
If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to deliver your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
Delivery charges
Free delivery is included with the milk boxes.
Any other items not purchased with a milk box will be subject to a delivery charge which will be calculated at the checkout. The charge ranges from £18.00 to free delivery.
We reserve the right to charge you for an order that the courier company attempted to deliver, but failed due to circumstances only in your control.

We are able to deliver via courier on mainland England, Wales and Scotland.
Please ensure you select the correct delivery area.

Some postcodes are excluded since APC can't deliver to these postcodes on their 24 hour service. If you like delivery to the Isle of Wight, please contact us for a quote.
We will deliver the goods via courier to the address you specify for delivery of your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Risk and ownership
You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.
Cancellation rights
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up to 12 noon the day before delivery via email (rawmilk@outlook.com) or phone (01995 640 564)
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
We do not deliver to your area
The payment terms haven’t been followed
For any other reason
If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail.
If there is a problem with the goods
If you have any questions or complaints about the goods please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. You can do so by emailing rawmilk@outlook.com or phoning 01995 640 564.
Refunds
A refund will be paid without undue delay when T. Parkinson accepts the customer is entitled to a refund.
The refund will be returned using the same method as was used for payment by the customer unless agreed otherwise (e.g. deducting the credit off the next purchase). If the payment method used was bank transfer, T. Parkinson will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the bank details.
Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
Third party rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
