Neck meat needs a similar cooking time to diced shin as it is from a well used part of the animal, like diced shin.
If you add this to a milk box, there will be no additional delivery charge.
Our diced neck meat is 21+ days dry aged to create a quality product, full of flavour.
The meat comes in packs of 500 grams.
